If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.

This Statement only applies to the Websites. If you click on any advertisement or hyperlink which links to other websites, you will leave the Websites and go to such websites. We do not accept any responsibility for any personal data that you provide and/or any cookies that you accept while using other websites. You are advised to read the privacy policies of other websites when you visit them.

5. Web Logs

When a user visits the home page of the Websites, the visit will be counted and included in the total number of visits to the Websites for statistical purpose. This information does not identify you as an individual. No personal data will be collected.

6. Security

Except as mentioned in paragraph 3 above, your personal data, however stored, will be accessed only by our employees or contractors who are authorized to do so and under a duty of confidentiality to us. The transmission of data over the Internet is not completely secure. 10. Retention of Data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which such data are or are to be used and for the purposes of satisfying our legal, regulatory, accounting and/or compliance requirements after which they will be destroyed without further notice to you.
